We understand the importance of preparing your home to meet the expectations of potential tenants before they move in. That's why we take care of all the necessary arrangements, including hiring professional
cleaning services, to ensure that the place is thoroughly sanitised and ready for occupancy. Our goal is to provide a clean and comfortable living space for the new tenant, so they can feel at ease and settle in without any concerns. By taking care of these details, we aim to create a positive experience for both the landlord and the tenant, setting the stage for a successful rental relationship.
Tenant Onboarding and ongoing home Maintenance
We are here to help tenants during the moving-in process, especially if the property has been vacant for a while. Unexpected maintenance problems, like a burst geyser, can occur when a home has been unoccupied. We are ready to deal with any unforeseen issues to ensure that the tenant can settle in comfortably. Additionally, we will take care of the necessary biometric requirements for security access in and out of the estate.
Whatever issue the owner experiences with COJ or Joburg Water, or any other authority, while abroad, we will handle it on their behalf through a power of attorney agreement to act on their behalf. Our total fee for the above service is a fixed R5900 per month for the duration of the lease.
